On the 1st day, my group which is the Sourcing team had to work together with Miss Heng, Mr Chan, the roadshow and the MSC Ops for the distribution of mooncakes for Group A. It was a very busy day. First, we had to wait for the 4 suppliers to arrive before we can pack them into individual customer packages. Unfortunately, Breadtalk and Crown Prince's moon cakes came late which eventually led to chaos when packing. Luckily, TungLok and Grand City were punctual as the orders for both brands were the most. All the helpers helped to check the quantity and quality of the moon cakes. During the packing process, everything were in chaos and led to many discrepancies. So we had to do another audit check on all the packages again to ensure tat the orders of moon cakes were correct. Finally the packing process was over, but we had only about 20 minutes to have our lunch so we had to grab sandwiches for lunch. After buying, we had to eat our sandwiches behind the customer service counter becoz the customers had arrived. It was quite secretive but fun as it was my first time eating lunch behind the counter. After finishing the sandwiches, I went to help out at the respective counters which is L-P. The day went by bery fast and eventually we helped to solve the discrepancies. Finally evrything is over and we had to get ready for 20th Sept's collection.
The gals!!!!!

As for the other two days of collection of moon cakes, we implemented the factory process suggested by the Roadshow team. Everything goes quite smoothly and there were no discrepancy cases. I was bery happy and I oso collected my moon cakes which I ordered for my relatives and my family. My father specially came to my school and helped mi to carry the moon cakes. Boy...they were indeed bery heavy and I was glad tat my father came and help mi out.
These are some pictures during the collection period...
